Kelly Weitz started with Affiniscape in 2004 when they had a small staff at the time, she was employee number fifteen. She was hired as the first full time technical support representative to take care of all support requests, assist in phone trainings, and make sure the fridge was always stocked full of diet coke. She spent the next five years at Affiniscape building up their support team while setting high customer support standards, before moving on to start her own consulting company in 2009.
She is passionate about customer service and bulding relationships with clients as they are the heart of our success, with the majority of our business coming from client retention and referral - something we're very proud of. It's important to us that your website succeeds, not just now but on an ongoing basis. That's why we give careful consideration to the management of your project.
